For our weekly in-person group events we often incorporate live sound bath instruments and whilst this is suitable for most, below is some information to check if they are suitable for you.

Health Considerations:
Our Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath and events where sound healing bowls or tuning forks touch the body, might not be suitable for everyone.
If you are diagnosed with sound-induced epilepsy, severe tinnitus, a serious mental health condition, have a pacemaker or metal implants, or are pregnant, we advise caution.
Always consult with your medical practitioner before attending the sessions if you are unsure about its suitability for your health condition.
