Stillness in Vibration: A Reiki-Supported Tuning Fork Journey ✨
This evening, we are inviting you to experience the beautiful tuning forks. When life gets busy and stressful, we often hold onto these energies, which then manifest as knots, tightness, and stiffness.
By scanning the body and using the tuning forks, all the above-mentioned can be released. While you scan your body, Sandra supports you with the tuning forks, and Anja creates a safe container filled with Reiki energy, which, in turn, supports your experience - leaving you feeling more grounded, present, and uplifted at the same time.

Let the sound of the crystal singing bowl carry you to a place of deep transformation.
Travelling through our inner world reveals what is holding us back from living our best life.
The shadow aspect can be acknowledged, held and integrated. With the support of Anja, creating a sacred and safe container for us all, and the healing frequency of the singing bowls, facilitates a space of deep soul connection.
Anja will lead you into a channelled meditation in which you can feel safe, supported, and
truly seen and heard.

How to Cultivate a Deeper Sense of Self-love
This evening is all about self-love, which leads to self-acceptance.
The frequency of Sandra’s sacred instruments, together with Anja’s channel meditation, can help clarify why the inner critic is so powerful. By seeing and accepting, this belief is
released and has much less power over you. It all starts and ends with love.
Love is all there is.
Where love exists, fear cannot. Love accepts the shadow aspect of our being and, by default, declaws it.
Remember that you are both the light and the dark – having a human experience.
