Tonight, we begin our journey from the unseen realms of the self, the luminous field of the Aura, and move gently into the body of blood and bone.
We shall clear the subtle pathways through which energy flows from our etheric being into our physical form, allowing harmony to unfold between the two.
With mindful awareness, we will focus on each aspect of the physical vessel, inviting more light to dwell within.

For our weekly in-person group events we often incorporate live sound bath instruments and whilst this is suitable for most, below is some information to check if they are suitable for you, together with directions to the venue.
